it would be nice if you didnt have to log out to change your pvp characters setup instead you can have a dropdown menu while in game were you can change the primary and secondary classes of your character as well as looks and items then you can set the skills and attributes the normal way that way

you never have to wait for someone to reroll makes it much more simple since you dont always have to change much sometimes you jsut need a different rune or item then you can just bring up the menu and select it and its in your inventory

also pvp characters need access to a few items that pve characters can get that pvp characters cant like +30hp always shields wands with 20/20 casting recovery and other things that i dont recall at the moment

Saying "it would be nice" is an understatement.

The current mechanic which requires you to delete your whole character and waste a ton of time rerolling - not to mention putting your favorite name up for grabs to hundreds of thousands of other players as you reroll - is very clearly a broken mechanic in dire need of fixing.

Please fix it.

I think "ingame"-changes to PvP chars arent allowed due to integrity/security questions.

suggestion 1 :

after login we have 3 buttons now :
"play char"
"delete char"
"create char"

why not simply add
"modify char"
for the PvP-only chars.

suggestion 2 :

After creating a char, give us a save-template/build-option.
Add 20 customizable "premade" char-slots.
If you wanny go crazy add a "send build to a friend" button.

As for loosing your name, I believe ANet keeps it locked to your acct for 30+ min after you delete a character. 30 min is more than enough time to make a new character and use the name again.

/signed. Hope it happens. Even if it was just being able to swap out runes/equipment/secondary I'd be more than pleased. Anything is an improvement over the clunky system currently in place.

I agree with you on the PvE only items. I want the 20% damage AGAINST hexed foes and the "Quick recovery from [condition]" wands/shields/ect for my PvP characters

Let us set up these customized premade chars and select them without logging off.
